Our 48-Hour Cancellation Policy
At our single‑stylist salon, every appointment is one‑on‑one, dedicated time reserved just for you. Because we operate by appointment only, last‑minute changes have a big impact on our schedule.
* A card on file is required to book.
* We ask for 48 hours’ noticeto cancel or reschedule.
* Less than 48 hours’ notice:You’ll be charged 30% of the scheduled service.
* No‑shows: You’ll be charged 100% of the scheduled service.
